Sculptural Steel Rods Transform A Loft Into A Work Of art
Some believe yous can judge a person'due south character and mode by analyzing the art they collect. The architects from Produce. Workshop used this concept when they designed a loft in Novena, Singapore for fine art collector and former CEO of MediaCorp News Woon Tai Ho.
View in gallery The loft has a total living infinite of 75 square meters and the interior is a reflection of its owner's character. The architects looked for inspiration in the art collects and were particularly influenced by the works of Jane Lee and Han Sai Por who apply strong and powerful images.
View in gallery They decided that an interesting and unique approach for this project would exist to create a single piece of furniture and frames and connects everything inside the loft. The structure they designed is made of sparse steel rods and serves every bit a bookshelf, a wardrobe, a table, vino rack and obviously as well as a sculpture.
View in gallery In the living area, the rods form shelves for storing and displaying a book collection. They keep upwards and offer like structures for the upper spaces.
View in gallery In the dining area, they wrap their way around the lesser of the table to back up it at ane end. They form a wine rack, conveniently incorporated in the pattern and situated between the kitchen and the dining room.

View in gallery Even the sleeping room features the same type of pattern. It's an open space defined by large windows, beautiful views and strong industrial accents offered past the alignment of steel rods.

The architects were offered consummate freedom and they came up with this ingenious and unique concept which not only perfectly describes the mode the owner perceives this space and life in general but besides gives the loft a very chic industrial vibe.
